Welcome! My name is John Gardella, I have been in the mortgage industry assisting families achieve their dream of homeownership for the last 26 years. I am currently a licensed Loan Officer in the states of California and Tennessee. I grew up in Durango, Colorado and finished my college education at Florida State University in Tallahassee. I have been married for 28 years and have a beautiful family with three children, one of which is currently attending Vanderbilt University in Nashville. When I am not working, I love the outdoors, golf, football, great dining, and growing my relationship with God. I am an avid Denver Bronco and Florida State Seminole fan. My team and I look forward to being of service to you in helping you with any financing options with a new home or your existing home
